Marriage Matters

Marriage is a beautiful gift granted to humanity from God. Its purposes are meant for the flourishing of the individual, the family and mankind. Yet, we find that among the many changes and complications in our culture, marriage is increasingly under assault. Intentionality, wisdom, and trust in the Lord’s transforming work are increasingly required for our marriages to thrive.

Couples are invited to join Eric and Jan Bobbitt for a 6-week class, Marriage Matters, to uncover God’s design and hopes for our marriages. Our aim is to acknowledge the unavoidable challenges while seeking the joy and intimacy God has in mind for us as couples. Taking a realistic, encouraging, and practical approach, the class will include instruction, small group discussions, and a short reading or exercise to be completed during the week.

This class is for anyone wishing to deepen the enjoyment and fruitfulness of their marriage. This small, but focused, investment could reap substantial benefits for your relationship. Watch for upcoming dates. Or for more information, please contact Eric Bobbitt.

FAMILY CAMP July 13-19, 2024

Every summer, many families from Zionsville Fellowship spend a week together at Fort Wilderness for Family Camp. With programming and activities for all ages, as well as plenty of opportunities for unhurried conversation, Family Camp provides a great forum for the whole family to grow and connect with other ZF families. Whether you have young kids, older kids, grandkids, or no kids, Family Camp is a fun and impactful week.

Our next Family Camp will take place July 15-21, 2023, and there are several accommodations available. If camping isn't your thing, you can rent an RV from a nearby vendor, and they'll set it up for you before your arrival. You can also put your name on the waiting list for other types of lodging. Either way, if you're interested in going to Family Camp this summer, it would be good to contact the office at Fort Wilderness soon. Please note that our camp takes place on week five of their summer schedule.

Fort Wilderness is a Christian camp located in the beautiful Northwoods of Wisconsin and has been a ministry partner of ZF for many years.
